Guest Experiences Officer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Guest Experiences Officer to lead the guest journey at our Nextdoor locations in Thamel and Ratopul, Kathmandu. You will create a relaxed ambience, manage reservations, and ensure memorable stays for travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute front‑desk processes, manage check‑ins, check‑outs and guest reservations.
• Coordinate guest receivables, maintain payment systems and handle inquiries.
• Identify and organise activities, logistics and business opportunities for guests.
• Maintain social media updates that reflect the Nextdoor experience and support positive guest reviews.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in hospitality or a service‑oriented role.
• Passion for Kathmandu’s culture, art, music and independent travel.
• Ability to stay composed in a fast‑paced environment and work well with a diverse team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of social media platforms and the impact of user‑generated reviews.
• Organisational and project‑management abilities.
