HR Manager / Assistant Manager – HR (Parasi)

About the role

SOLID FUTURE HR Consulting is looking for a hands‑on HR Manager (or Assistant Manager – HR) to lead all people‑related functions at its Parasi facility. This full‑time, on‑site position offers operational ownership of talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations and labor compliance for a manufacturing/plant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for plant, technical and support roles, including onboarding and orientation.
• Oversee daily HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave management, roster scheduling and preparation of monthly payroll inputs.
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact on‑site, driving employee engagement activities, handling grievances and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure full compliance with Nepal labour laws, statutory regulations and safety standards, maintaining accurate administrative records.
• Assist with performance appraisal cycles, identify skill gaps and coordinate site‑level training programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an MBA/Master’s in Human Resource Management.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a mid‑level managerial or assistant‑manager role.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple HR functions and support a plant environment.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Parasi, Nepal.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of Nepal labour laws.
• Experience with attendance and payroll systems.
• Strong conflict‑resolution and employee‑relations capabilities.
