SSF Focused HR Associate

About the role

An HR Associate position focused on the Social Security Fund (SSF) is available in Lalitpur, Nepal. The role covers SSF administration, employee record maintenance and onboarding documentation, with a negotiable salary.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee registration, updates and exit processes in the SSF system
• Prepare and verify monthly SSF contribution data and keep accurate records
• Collect, verify and maintain employee documents required for SSF compliance
• Collect and maintain employee KYC documents (citizenship, PAN, bank details, photographs) for accurate records and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with employees on SSF enrollment, claims and related documentation
• Ensure timely submission of SSF reports and compliance documents
• Maintain employee files and statutory compliance records
• Assist in onboarding documentation with a focus on SSF requirements
• Prepare HR letters, employment contracts and other employee documents as needed
• Coordinate with internal departments on SSF and labor regulation compliance
• Perform other SSF and HR administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree completed or running in HRM, BBA, Management or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Prior internship or experience in SSF, payroll or HR operations is an added advantage
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred

Required skills

• Basic understanding of Nepal's SSF procedures and the Nepal Labor Act
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Google Workspace
• Attention to detail, good organization and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
