About the role
The Senior MEAL Coordinator provides technical leadership for monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning across the organisation, reporting to both the Information Support Manager and the UK MEAL Team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement MEAL strategy in line with organisational priorities.
- Oversee MEAL Coordinators, monitoring plans, visits and reporting requirements.
- Ensure MEAL activities are delivered consistently, efficiently and to best‑practice standards.
- Prioritise workloads and support the UK MEAL Team in achieving objectives.
Required profile
- Accountable to the Information Support Manager for HR and administrative compliance.
- Directly accountable to the UK MEAL Team for strategy development and delivery.
