Program Manager & Coach for Youth Development

About the role

Life Project 4 Youth seeks a dedicated Program Manager Coach to lead the Green Village Nepal initiatives in Tinkune and Budhhanilkantha. You will coordinate program delivery, mentor young beneficiaries, and ensure smooth operations of the training centre.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage all aspects of the program, including recruitment, finance, pedagogy and partnership coordination.
• Lead the centre’s daily flow, supervise finances and collaborate with the Country Coordinator to implement funded projects.
• Coach youth on personal development, guide the creation and growth of micro‑companies, and follow up with alumni.
• Develop partnerships, identify training needs, and facilitate capacity‑building activities for local partners.
• Handle crisis and safety management, including organising safety days and emergency response planning.

Required profile

• Female, minimum age 28.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Social Work, Sociology, Political Science preferred).
• Fluent in Nepali and English.
• At least 12 months of relevant experience in corporate or social sectors.
• Resilient, adaptable and willing to travel between centres.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Drive).
• Basic knowledge of training and coaching methods.

What we offer

• On‑site accommodation and lunch.
• Monthly allowance of NPR 29,000, paid by bank transfer.
• Travel expenses covered when required for project purposes.
• Yearly renewable contract with social security contributions.
• Working hours: 9:15 AM‑5:30 PM, Sunday‑Thursday, 40 h/week.
