HR Manager – Industrial/Manufacturing

About the role

Suvidha Assurance Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for its industrial and manufacturing clients in Bhairahawa, Nepal. You will be responsible for ensuring compliant, efficient, and strategic HR practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all HR operations, policies, and procedures.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and separation processes.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll, and maintain HR documentation.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with Nepal Labour Laws and internal HR policies.
• Lead performance appraisal cycles and employee development initiatives.
• Collaborate with management and department heads on manpower planning.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, and MIS.
• Support workforce planning, organizational development, and industrial relations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Nepal labour law, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bhairahawa.
