About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for our automobile and bike assembly plant in Parasi, Nepal. The role will oversee all HR activities, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and fostering a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
Lead recruitment efforts, from talent sourcing to onboarding, to meet the plant’s staffing needs.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures in line with Nepal labour legislation.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within manufacturing or the automobile sector.
Strong knowledge of Nepal Labour Laws and best HR practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
