HR Officer (Recruiter)

About the role

The HR Officer (Recruiter) is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kathmandu. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple client organisations, ensuring a smooth candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding while supporting broader HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle: source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection and onboarding.
• Develop and update job descriptions and maintain accurate candidate and client records.
• Build talent pipelines and nurture positive relationships with candidates and client stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee‑relations activities as needed.
• Ensure recruitment practices are ethical, non‑discriminatory, and aligned with client hiring strategies.
• Collaborate closely with senior HR consultants and client representatives to align hiring plans with organisational needs.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in HR recruitment or consulting, with strong knowledge of HR policies and job‑description development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of handling confidential information with integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment workflows.
