Hub Apprentice – Logistics Support (Chitwan)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Hub Apprentice to support daily operations at our Chitwan hub. You will work closely with the Hub In‑Charge and delivery riders, helping to ensure parcels are processed accurately and cash collections are reconciled.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in receiving parcels from the Kathmandu hub and record them accurately in the system.
• Support task allocation to delivery agents under supervision of the Hub In‑Charge.
• Track and reconcile COD collections from delivery agents and prepare them for bank deposit.
• Coordinate with delivery riders and help onboard new riders.
• Manage communication with the transportation company for return shipments.
• Maintain office documents, records, and provide basic administrative support for hub operations.
• Provide Walk‑In Support (WIS) to riders for issues not solvable through online platforms.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in data entry and record management.
• Good communication, coordination, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of cash handling and reconciliation; prior experience in operations, logistics, or customer support is a plus.
