Insurance & Claim Support

About the role

The Insurance & Claim Support role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kathmandu. You will assist clients with policy inquiries, explain coverage details, and guide them through the insurance process in a clear and supportive manner.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify client information for policy and claim processing.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate documentation related to insurance policies and claims.
• Coordinate with insurers to support claim submissions, follow‑ups, and status updates.
• Update clients regularly on claim progress and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve service workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, insurance, field sales or client servicing.
• Strong relationship‑management and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high‑mobility, field‑first environment.
• Own a two‑wheeler with a valid license (preferred).

Required skills

• Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
