International Development Manager – UK University Recruitment

About the role

RTE Global is seeking an International Development Manager to act as the vital link between a UK university and its established recruitment partner in Nepal. You will ensure that high‑quality, compliant enrolments are delivered while supporting the partner’s recruitment activities and providing clear liaison between all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Quality assurance – review applications, verify credibility, documentation, financial evidence and genuine intention before a CAS is issued, and take part in the admissions decision process.
• Partner support – work alongside the in‑country recruitment partner, attend events, brief counsellors and deliver training on programme requirements.
• Liaison – produce well‑written reports, coordinate university visits and maintain rapid, accurate communication between the university’s academic and professional services teams and the partner.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in UK higher‑education admissions, including assessing applications and making offers.
• Hands‑on UKVI compliance experience covering credibility interviews, document verification and financial evidence assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact diplomatically with both partner counsellors and senior university staff.
• Strong attention to accuracy and thoroughness; a degree or equivalent is expected, with a postgraduate qualification considered an asset.
