About the role
Dakshinkali Investment & Securities, a licensed stock brokerage, is looking for an energetic IT Assistant to support its internal IT infrastructure and assist clients with online trading issues.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for TMS, hardware, networking, and internal systems.
- Assist in database management, system backup, and cybersecurity monitoring.
- Troubleshoot client inquiries related to online trading login, OTP, and connectivity.
Required profile
- Dynamic, result‑oriented Nepalese citizen with good interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, quick learner with a constructive mindset.
Required skills
