IT Coordinator I

About the role

IQVIA is looking for an organized and detail-oriented IT Coordinator I in Kathmandu to support data operations and project execution. The role manages client data files, coordinates with cross-functional teams and keeps project deliverables organized and on track. It suits someone who can handle several priorities at once and works with stakeholders across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, maintain and track client files and project documentation in designated repositories.
• Partner with Project Managers and Data Teams to monitor sprint progress, priorities and deliverables.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve file-related issues with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and communicate with team members and stakeholders across Nepal and the United States.
• Keep data files and supporting materials accurate, organized and accessible.
• Follow operational processes, standards and quality guidelines.
• Support project coordination and assist with task tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in software, technology, data operations or project support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to support business needs outside regular working hours when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: understanding of healthcare data or technology, data entry, analysis or file management, experience supporting Project Managers, Team Leads or Operations teams, familiarity with Excel functions, reporting or VBA, and exposure to Agile or project-based delivery.
