About the role

Euro School Chhauni is seeking a dedicated IT Officer to manage and support the school's technology infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software and network systems for staff and students.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the school's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide technical support to staff and students for IT‑related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, projectors and other IT equipment.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system security and data protection.
• Support digital learning platforms and classroom technology.
• Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and software updates.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and equipment maintenance when required.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
