Japanese Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative professional to produce high‑quality Japanese educational and marketing content using generative AI tools. You will work closely with the Language Lab team to design, test, and optimise multimedia assets that support digital learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create videos, images, voiceovers and audio assets with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Kling AI or Veo.
• Design, test and refine AI prompts to ensure accurate, creative, and efficient content generation.
• Support Japanese language projects through basic translation, proofreading, verification and localisation.
• Organise and maintain digital asset libraries, project documentation and content repositories.
• Collaborate with the Language Lab team to improve Japanese learning materials and multimedia resources.
• Research emerging AI technologies and propose innovative solutions to boost quality and production speed.
• Ensure all output complies with brand guidelines, quality standards and educational objectives.

Required profile

• Successfully passed JLPT N4 (candidates with JLPT N5 and strong learning ability are welcome).
• Basic hands‑on experience or strong interest in generative AI tools for video, image, and voice synthesis.
• Good understanding of prompt engineering principles.
• Strong computer literacy and excellent organisational attention to detail.
• Quick learner, good communicator and team player.
• Passion for Japanese language, digital education and AI‑driven content creation.

Required skills

• ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Kling AI, Veo (or similar AI platforms).
• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut (or comparable editing software).
• Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and cloud‑based applications.
• Prompt engineering for generative AI.
