About the role
WorldLink Communications is looking for a Junior MIS Officer to join its head office in Jawalakhel. The role focuses on maintaining data quality, building reports and supporting business decisions through effective information management.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise the central database, ensuring data integrity, performance and availability.
- Design, develop and monitor ETL workflows using stored procedures and scheduled SQL jobs.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and paginated reports, including migration of legacy reports.
- Manage cross‑system data integration and migration tasks, resolving inconsistencies.
- Produce daily and monthly MIS reports, prepare baseline data for KPI dashboards and support quarterly performance analysis.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented and analytical mindset with a strong eye for accuracy.
- At least two years of experience in data management or reporting.
- Ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable reports.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
- SQL (stored procedures, scheduled jobs)
- Power BI (dashboards and paginated reports)
