About the role
We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and target‑oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Executive. The role focuses on generating new leads, contacting potential clients, and supporting the achievement of sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and develop new sales leads.
- Contact potential clients and introduce company products/services.
- Manage multiple leads and conduct timely follow‑ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of leads and customer information.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales and customer service.
- Assist in achieving sales targets.
Required profile
- +2 completed or Bachelor’s running/completed.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow‑up and customer‑handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
- Good organizational and record‑keeping skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑oriented.
