About the role

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and target‑oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Executive. The role focuses on generating new leads, contacting potential clients, and supporting the achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and develop new sales leads.
  • Contact potential clients and introduce company products/services.
  • Manage multiple leads and conduct timely follow‑ups.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of leads and customer information.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales and customer service.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets.

Required profile

  • +2 completed or Bachelor’s running/completed.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong follow‑up and customer‑handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
  • Good organizational and record‑keeping skills.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑oriented.
