Junior Sales Officer – Entry Level Sales Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Officer to join our growing sales team at InfoDevelopers. The role supports the sales department by generating leads, presenting software solutions, and maintaining client relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals and networking.
• Assist the sales team in outreach to enterprise and cooperative clients.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and product demonstrations.
• Respond to client inquiries, provide product information and follow up to nurture relationships.
• Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, reports and customer databases.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client support.
• Help prepare sales forecasts and updates for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or related role.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good time‑management, organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and market developments.
