Junior SEO Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior SEO Associate to join our marketing team. The role focuses on improving organic search performance, optimizing website content, and supporting technical SEO initiatives to boost online visibility and traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for SEO.
• Implement on‑page SEO elements such as meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Perform basic technical SEO audits and coordinate issue resolution.
• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Track keyword rankings and prepare performance reports.
• Support backlink research and off‑page SEO activities.
• Collaborate with content writers and developers to apply SEO best practices.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance SEO research, content optimization, and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of hands‑on experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Good understanding of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and CSS is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
