Key Accounts Officer

About the role

The Key Accounts Officer will manage Malvern International’s global network of recruitment agents, ensuring accurate records, compliance, and effective contract administration. This role supports the recruitment, admissions, finance and compliance teams to maintain high standards of ethical recruitment and data protection.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the global list of international recruitment agents, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding of new agents, including due diligence, reference checks and internal approvals.
• Prepare, issue, manage and store agent contracts, ensuring timely renewal or updates.
• Serve as primary contact for agent contractual and administrative queries.
• Liaise with internal recruitment, admissions, finance and compliance stakeholders.
• Monitor agent compliance with contractual obligations, company policies and higher‑education regulations.
• Support audits, reporting and performance reviews related to agents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of agent management processes and documentation.
• Assist the team with student conversion activities and any additional duties assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Degree level education or equivalent professional experience, preferably in education, business or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
• Proactive, culturally sensitive and able to work with international partners.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with database or CRM systems for data management.
