KOL Affiliates Manager

About the role

The KOL Affiliates Manager will lead the execution of affiliate marketing strategies across major commercial events and seasonal campaigns. This role focuses on onboarding and managing influencers, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance while driving growth for the e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead affiliate marketing strategies for major events and seasonal mega‑campaigns.
• Identify, onboard and manage KOLs/influencers through barter collaborations.
• Conduct post‑campaign performance reviews and benchmark results.
• Monitor daily category performance, top‑selling products and cost metrics such as CPO.
• Manage tier‑based affiliate segments and deploy customized bonus structures.
• Serve as primary liaison for affiliate financial queries, payment cycles and SLA support.
• Drive partner activation via webinars, training sessions and communication channels.
• Audit traffic quality, mitigate fraud risks and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to align affiliate pushes with stock and brand launches.
• Develop onboarding resources, templates and automation tools for affiliates.
• Track and optimize KPIs including GMV contribution, DAU, CPO and budget efficiency.
• Scout and onboard new high‑potential creators and partners.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Partnerships, Growth or Performance Marketing.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce performance metrics.
• Analytical mindset with reporting, benchmarking and optimization skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Experience in fraud prevention, traffic monitoring or partner compliance is a plus.
