About the role
The Lead Analyst will manage client communications primarily through chat and written channels. This position ensures timely, accurate, and professional responses while maintaining high standards of written communication and overall client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client communication via chat and written platforms.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all written communication is clear, accurate, and grammatically correct.
- Monitor conversations to maintain service quality standards.
- Assist team members with complex client queries.
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions.
- Identify recurring issues and report them to management.
- Drive high levels of client satisfaction and service efficiency.
Required profile
- Minimum of 12 months experience in client communication or related field.
