Lead Product Manager

About the role

eBooking Nepal, the homegrown online travel platform, is seeking a data‑driven Lead Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle for its B2C booking engines and B2B corporate portal. You will translate executive business development mandates into actionable product specifications and drive high‑velocity shipping.

Key responsibilities

• Define, prioritize and execute the product roadmap for flight, hotel and vehicle booking engines as well as the corporate portal.
• Translate complex business requirements and founder‑led BD initiatives into clear user stories, PRDs and acceptance criteria.
• Design and manage integrations with airline aggregators, global GDS engines, domestic hotel extranets and local payment gateways (eSewa, Khalti, international cards).
• Own checkout conversion, cart abandonment and customer lifetime value metrics; run A/B tests, heat‑map analysis and telemetry reviews to remove friction.
• Collaborate with directors, CTO and COO to align sprint backlogs, release cadences and inventory management systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience, preferably in travel or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of improving conversion funnels.
• Ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working with B2C travelers and B2B corporate clients.
