Legal Assistant – AI Industry & Technology Representative

About the role

AI DIGIMARKET LLC is seeking a Legal Assistant to support its AI automation solutions for industrial and business applications. The role involves legal research, documentation, contract support, and intellectual‑property management across Nepalese and U.S. jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, contracts, MoUs and other technology‑related agreements.
• Conduct legal research on Nepalese constitution, civil and criminal law, as well as U.S. federal and state regulations relevant to AI, data, and intellectual property.
• Support the creation and maintenance of an IP register, tracking ownership, registration status, renewal dates and potential risks.
• Document and protect trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and patents associated with software, AI automation systems and engineering work.
• Help develop structured processes for technology, legal, IP and business‑protection documentation.

Required profile

• Hold a BA LLB degree and possess a working laptop with necessary software.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, confidentiality and the ability to work under the direction of management and qualified legal counsel.
• Comfortable communicating technical, business and legal information clearly in professional English.
• Experience with digital documentation, cloud‑based systems and contract administration is preferred.
