Manager – Corporate Strategy & Strategic Execution

About the role

The Manager – Corporate Strategy & Strategic Execution will work directly with the Deputy Chief Executive Officer to turn corporate strategy, management decisions and business priorities into concrete action plans and measurable results. The role acts as a central coordination hub across departments, provinces, branches and subsidiary companies.

Key responsibilities

• Translate corporate strategy, annual business plans and management directives into detailed action plans, timelines and execution trackers.
• Monitor progress of strategic initiatives, identify gaps, delays and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic performance reports, dashboards and briefing papers for senior management, highlighting variances and key insights.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Finance, HR, Operations, IT and Legal—to ensure timely follow‑up on commitments and resolve inter‑departmental issues.
• Support digital transformation, automation and MIS initiatives by working with IT and Business Intelligence teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate strategy planning and execution.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with a focus on KPI tracking.
• Ability to coordinate and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing risk, compliance and performance monitoring processes.
