About the role

AECC is a global education consultancy expanding its presence in Kathmandu. The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for students and partners, handling inquiries and providing information.

Key responsibilities

  • Professionally represent the organization to internal and external customers and manage incoming telephone calls.
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is welcoming and organized.
  • Handle inquiries courteously over the phone and in person.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and capture useful information.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate authority and centrally manage telephone communications.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the concerned authority.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated team player.
  • Persistent and results‑oriented.

Required skills

  • Working knowledge of CRM software.
  • Working knowledge of telephone systems.
