About the role

Adhyayan School is looking for a motivated Marketing & Admissions Officer to promote its academic programs and manage the student admission process. The role combines outreach, counseling, and administrative duties to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing campaigns, events, and outreach activities to promote school programs.
• Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures.
• Serve as the primary contact for student inquiries via calls, emails, and in‑person meetings.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure a smooth and timely admission process.
• Process applications, verify documents, and maintain accurate admission records.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for efficient admission operations.
• Prepare reports on admissions data, marketing performance, and student feedback for management.
• Support school visits, fairs, seminars, and digital promotions.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all student and institutional records.
