About the role

Felt This Way, a sustainable felt crafts business based in Kathmandu, is seeking a proactive Marketing & Business Development Associate. The role combines digital marketing, sales coordination, and client relationship management to expand the brand’s reach and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, creating and publishing engaging posts.
• Conduct trend research, copywrite, design basic graphics, and update the website.
• Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots, handling mood boards and logistics.
• Respond to customer inquiries via DMs, calls, and email; prepare quotations, invoices, and sales pitches.
• Track leads, payments, deliveries, and maintain sales records.
• Develop B2B relationships, research new market opportunities, and produce catalogues and sales materials.
• Source vendors, place bulk orders, and coordinate projects between clients, factories, and internal teams.
• Prepare regular sales and business development reports.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, or a recent graduate.
• Strong communication, organizational, and sales skills.
• Creative mindset with comfort in content creation and social media.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
