Marketing Manager – Tokla Tea Brand

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of the Tokla Tea brand in Nepal. You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s presence across digital and retail channels, driving growth and ensuring consistent market impact.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the Tokla brand through effective social media strategies to reach target audiences.
• Drive long‑term growth by optimizing the product portfolio.
• Support the team in enhancing online marketing opportunities.
• Work with the vending team and office suppliers to execute activation campaigns that drive growth.
• Track and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Deploy and adapt global marketing projects to fit the local market.
• Coordinate and align with retail colleagues on marketing initiatives and communications.
• Conduct market visits to assess customer preferences, identify new opportunities, and ensure brand consistency.
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly performance reports.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated passion for driving business growth.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest developments in marketing, including digital and social media.
• Strong project management skills, including budget management.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.
