Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Officer to drive the growth of a promising laminate brand. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, turning market insights into actionable strategies and delivering measurable results in a competitive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, contractors and project consultants; support dealer acquisition and market expansion; coordinate with the sales team to drive product adoption; organise product demonstrations, exhibitions, dealer meets and marketing events; conduct regular market visits to gather feedback and identify opportunities; monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, distribution and branding activities; recommend strategies to differentiate the brand and increase market share.
• Digital Marketing & Brand Development – Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads; manage social media platforms; coordinate the development of digital and offline marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs and display assets while ensuring a consistent brand identity; track campaign performance, marketing expenditure and key digital metrics; prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or product branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
