Marketing & Sales Officer

About the role

Green Flag Media is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Officer to join our Kathmandu office. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and aligning marketing initiatives with sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients, generate leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings, present service offerings and close deals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support channel partners to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate marketing activities, prepare sales reports and respond to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales efforts are aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, gather client feedback and contribute ideas to improve products, services and promotional strategies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing agency or similar role involving video, social media or campaign work.
• Strong on‑camera communication and video presentation skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication for client meetings and internal coordination.
• Experience in sales operations, channel sales and meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and research abilities.
