Media Manager

About the role

The Media Manager will lead the development and execution of media strategies that support the company’s brand and business objectives. This role oversees social media, content creation, media relations, and paid advertising to maximise reach and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent publishing and monitoring audience engagement.
• Coordinate creation of written, visual, and video content that adheres to brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers; organise press releases and media events.
• Plan, execute, and track paid media and digital advertising campaigns, managing budgets and performance metrics.
• Monitor media coverage, social trends, and public sentiment; produce regular performance reports.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels and support crisis communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver multiple media projects on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in media management, communications, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation processes, and media relations.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and creative abilities.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
