Mid UI/UX Designer (GPA 3.5+ Required)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The role involves translating business objectives and user research into high‑quality designs while collaborating with cross‑functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces and digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research to understand requirements, behaviors, pain points, and feedback.
• Develop user journeys, flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Convert business objectives and user requirements into practical UI/UX solutions.
• Collaborate with project leads, developers, sales teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Perform usability testing and refine designs based on insights.
• Evaluate existing applications and recommend improvements in usability, functionality, and visual design.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure design deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Design or related field with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end user‑centered design work.
• Proven ability to create, implement, and maintain design systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Tokens, Prototyping).
• Experience with AI‑powered design and prototyping tools such as v0, Lovable, UX pilot, or AI‑based Figma plugins.
• Design system creation and maintenance.
