MIS Officer – Marketing

About the role

The Marketing MIS Officer will manage and maintain the marketing management information system, ensuring accurate data collection, reporting and analysis to support the marketing team’s decision‑making. The role works closely with internal stakeholders, depot teams, business development and painters to track marketing activities and inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain marketing MIS records for gift items, promotional materials and other marketing data.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Track distribution, stock levels, utilization and movement of marketing assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, depots and business development to gather and verify marketing information.
• Update and monitor painter‑related data in the Painter software/system.
• Identify data discrepancies, follow up with relevant teams and ensure timely corrections.
• Support the marketing team in preparing presentations, analyses and performance reports for management.
• Maintain documentation and audit‑ready records of all marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Statistics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in MIS, marketing operations, sales support or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of MIS reporting and data management.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, filtering, data analysis).
• Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Painter software/system for data updates.
