MIS & Reporting Officer

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical MIS & Reporting Officer to join our team in Kathmandu. The role focuses on turning raw business data into clear reports and dashboards that support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize and maintain large volumes of business data from multiple departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc management reports.
• Analyze operational, sales and financial data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers and automated reporting tools.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports.
• Generate KPI reports and performance analyses for various departments.
• Prepare MIS reports for management review and business planning.
• Coordinate with departments to gather and verify data and improve reporting processes through automation.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to data confidentiality and accuracy.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and charting.
• Experience building Excel‑based dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
