Network Area Service Manager

About the role

The Network Area Service Manager will lead the development and performance of L D GROUP’s authorized service centre network across the assigned territory. The role ensures high‑quality after‑sales support, SLA compliance and continuous improvement of partner operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with authorized service centres and repair partners.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, operational audits and corrective action plans.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new service centres to expand coverage.
• Monitor turnaround times, repair quality, customer experience and SLA performance.
• Coordinate spare‑parts availability and operational support with service centres.
• Deliver training programmes on processes, systems and quality standards.
• Analyse network performance data and prepare management reports.
• Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction across the service network.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum of 48 months (4 years) experience in service network management, partner performance or related after‑sales functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple service partners and drive performance improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
