Operations Associate – Support Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Associate will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure day‑to‑day activities run smoothly across all branches and departments. This role focuses on coordination, follow‑up, and accurate record‑keeping to support efficient business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager with daily operational tasks and assigned projects.
• Coordinate with branches and relevant departments as directed.
• Follow up on pending issues, orders, and branch requirements.
• Collect, update and maintain daily operational records.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Support branch visits, inspections, meetings and operational reviews.
• Liaise with Inventory, Warehouse, Purchase, Retail, Finance and Logistics teams.
• Identify and report operational issues to the Operations Manager.
• Help implement SOPs, process improvements and other initiatives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations or a related field (relevant diplomas and experience may be considered).
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, coordination or retail (freshers with strong coordination skills are welcome for an entry‑level position).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
