Front Desk Executive

About the role

We are looking for a vibrant Front Desk Executive to be the welcoming face of our organization. The role blends traditional reception duties with creative digital content creation, offering a unique opportunity to engage visitors and showcase our brand online.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, clients, and candidates with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage incoming calls, redirect them, and take detailed messages.
• Maintain a tidy, brand‑aligned reception area.
• Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm and produce short‑form video content (Reels/TikToks).
• Act as a brand ambassador in office videos, highlighting company culture.
• Perform basic data entry, filing, and office‑supply coordination.
• Support recruitment scheduling and candidate check‑ins.
• Handle outgoing and incoming mail and courier packages.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or recent graduate).
• Strong verbal communication and an extroverted, approachable demeanor.
• Interest in video making and social‑media trends.
• Resides within 5 km of the office for easy commuting.
• Ability to multitask between administrative duties and creative projects.

Required skills

• Basic office software proficiency (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
• Familiarity with social‑media platforms and short‑form video formats.
