About the role
Sathi, a small travel company focused on Nepal, seeks an Operations Manager based in Kathmandu to ensure on‑ground information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
Key responsibilities
- Verify and maintain current data on open roads, bridges, lodges, and flights.
- Build and update supply data including vehicle routes, seasonal variations, property names, rates, and quality notes.
- Interview guides, porters, and drivers to record actual wages and publish standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for operators needing real‑time assistance.
Required profile
- 5+ years running operations for a trekking company, DMC, or hotel group.
- Experience handling real‑time trip disruptions such as cancelled flights or blocked roads.
- Strong written English and Nepali language skills.
- Based in Kathmandu and willing to travel on roads.
