Outbound Sales Executive

About the role

Gomayu Holidays is expanding its outbound sales team and seeks an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Executive. You will be the first point of contact for prospective travelers, guiding them from initial enquiry to confirmed booking.

Key responsibilities

• Handle enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable destinations and travel packages.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries and detailed travel proposals.
• Follow up leads diligently and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain lead information and customer interactions within a CRM system.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition from enquiry to travel execution.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or the travel & tourism industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and confidence when speaking with customers.
• Good knowledge of international travel destinations.
• Understanding of sales processes, follow‑ups and closing techniques.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and other digital tools.
• Adaptable to new technologies and AI tools that enhance sales efficiency.
• Eager to learn, take responsibility and grow with the team.
