Outdoor Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell our products in Kathmandu. The role involves building strong customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth delivery and payment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly understand and communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Visit client sites, architects, and interior designers to pitch products.
• Demonstrate products/services and close sales through face‑to‑face or phone interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.
• Follow up with customers for timely payments and collaborate with the accounts department for invoicing.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, maintain customer data, and generate daily sales and collection reports.
• Continuously enhance sales knowledge through training and adapt to company updates.
• Responsibly operate company vehicles and maintain accurate usage and mileage records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Valid driving license (mandatory).
