About the role
The Payment Collection and Rider Monitoring Officer oversees rider payment collections, monitors daily attendance and activity, and ensures operational discipline within a fleet business.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily rider attendance, activity, and operational status.
- Track rider payment schedules and collect outstanding dues on time.
- Follow up with riders on pending and overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, deposits, and rider accounts.
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams for payment reconciliation.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly collection reports.
- Monitor rider performance, compliance and vehicle usage.
- Escalate issues related to non‑payment, misconduct or operational concerns.
- Support onboarding and briefing of new riders on payment procedures.
Required profile
- Undergraduate degree (Bachelor) in Management, Finance or a related field.
- More than 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in collections, operations or fleet management.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong reporting and record‑keeping capability.
