Inventory Manager / Godown Incharge

About the role

Packaging Product is seeking a dedicated Inventory Manager / Godown Incharge to lead daily inventory control and warehouse operations at its Budhanilkantha facility. This full‑time, on‑site position plays a critical role in ensuring stock accuracy, timely dispatches, and safe storage in support of production needs.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and monitor stock levels, maintaining up‑to‑date inventory records.
• Coordinate deliveries, supervise stock movements, and ensure timely dispatches according to production schedules.
• Maintain the godown’s cleanliness, safety, and compliance with storage standards.
• Address internal and customer inventory queries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status and recommend optimisation measures.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in inventory control and management.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor, evaluate, and optimise stock levels.
• Methodical work style with high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though relevant experience is the primary criterion.
