Pre-Primary Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Pre‑Primary Teacher to join Hello Kidz School in Kathmandu. The successful candidate will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that supports the early development of children through play‑based learning. You will work closely with fellow educators to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate, play‑based learning activities.
• Create a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Use creative methods such as storytelling, games, music, and art.
• Observe and monitor children’s progress and behavior.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the classroom.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding child development.
• Assist in organizing school events and activities.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.

Required profile

• Minimum of 12 months of experience working with pre‑primary children.
• Passion for early childhood education and ability to foster a nurturing learning environment.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with parents and team members.
