Documentation Officer & Counselor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Documentation Officer & Counselor to guide students and parents through study‑abroad opportunities, admission and visa processes for New Zealand and Australia. The role combines detailed document preparation with personalized counseling to ensure smooth application journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counseling to students and parents on study‑abroad programs, admission requirements, and visa procedures for NZ/Australia.
• Review, prepare and verify admission and visa documentation in line with institutional and embassy guidelines.
• Assist students in shortlisting suitable programs and completing application forms.
• Conduct follow‑ups with students, universities, embassies and other stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of educational institutions, courses and immigration regulations.
• Coordinate with universities, embassies and relevant authorities for documentation purposes.
• Support events, workshops and promotional activities as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in documentation and student counseling.
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
