About the role
We are seeking a dependable Printer/Copier Service Technician to join our team in Kalanki, Kathmandu. The role involves on‑site installation, maintenance and repair of Brother multifunction printers, providing prompt technical support to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain Brother printers and multifunction devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Perform regular servicing, preventive maintenance and repairs for laser and inkjet printers.
- Provide on‑site technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs and parts replaced.
- Coordinate with the team for spare parts and technical assistance.
- Travel to customer locations for field service as required.
Required profile
- Higher Secondary (+2) education.
- 2–3 years of experience in printer/copier servicing.
- Familiarity with Brother MFP printer models.
- Immediate availability preferred.
