Procurement Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Procurement Officer to support our purchasing operations in Kathmandu. The role involves costing, purchase order tracking, shipment monitoring and coordination with finance and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare landed cost sheets and consignment costing reports.
• Support procurement operations, including purchase order tracking, documentation and coordination with Finance and Logistics.
• Track shipments and monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
• Conduct market visits and produce competitor and product comparison reports.
• Coordinate spare parts procurement and delivery to service centres.
• Maintain MRN sheets and assist with claim documentation for product schemes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills for price evaluation, vendor comparison and data interpretation.
• Basic understanding of supply chain or inventory management concepts.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities and reliability in handling records.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data entry and reporting.
• Academic background in Business, Management, Supply Chain or a related field preferred.
