About the role
Samanyu Enterprises Private Limited is seeking a diligent Warehouse Officer to manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of building material goods. The role ensures accurate record‑keeping, safety, and efficient warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods, verify against invoices and delivery documents, and check quantity and condition.
- Store products in an organized, labelled, and safe manner.
- Maintain up‑to‑date stock records for all received, issued, and remaining items.
- Prepare and issue goods against approved sales or delivery orders.
- Coordinate dispatches to ensure correct products and quantities are ready for delivery.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels, reporting shortages, excesses, or damaged items.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
