Procurement Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Officer to oversee end‑to‑end procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency and proper documentation. The role involves close coordination with suppliers and internal teams to support our supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from supplier sourcing to purchase order issuance and delivery.
• Identify, evaluate and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain and compare quotations to secure competitive pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and related procurement documents.
• Monitor orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Collaborate with internal departments, warehouse and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate procurement, supplier and quotation records.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain operations.
